Vikram Singh serves as the Head of Product for Alexa Shopping at Amazon since September 2023. Prior to this role, Vikram led AI and machine learning products at Behavox from December 2020 to September 2024, focusing on ethical applications of NLP on text and voice data. At Cisco, from July 2016 to November 2020, Vikram was instrumental in launching multiple AI/ML products that increased annual recurring revenue by introducing cloud-based solutions for network anomaly detection. Additionally, Vikram contributed as a board member for Youngzine and served as a mentor at James Lick High School through iMentor. Vikram holds an AI/ML Graduate Certificate from Stanford University and an MBA in Finance and Strategy from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
