Virgil Henley

Virgil Henley is an experienced professional with a diverse background in process management and technical program management. Currently serving as a Process Manager at Amazon since September 2019, Virgil supports departmental operations by managing labor allocation, leading meetings, and tracking attendance. Prior roles include significant positions at Microsoft, where Virgil excelled as an IT Operations Program Manager and Technical Events Manager, overseeing major product launches and high-profile events, as well as serving as a Technical Product Manager for the Windows 10 Anniversary update. Additionally, Virgil has contributed to T-Mobile as a Project Coordinator V and held an Associate Project Manager role at HCL Technologies. Since April 2025, Virgil has returned to Microsoft as a Windows Hello Lab Manager, focusing on lab testing and project implementation.
