Basem Zidan

Basem Zidan serves as the SAP Process Improvement Manager at Tabuk Pharmaceuticals Manufacturing Company since March 2012, focusing on enhancing business processes and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies. Prior to this role, Basem held the position of SAP MM-PP Senior Consultant at Certified IT Consultants CIC, where consulting services covered the entire project lifecycle. Additional experience includes serving as an SAP MM-SRM Trainer at HP, developing training materials for the Saudi Electricity Company, and functioning as an SAP MM Trainer at the Saudi Electricity Company. Basem holds a Diploma of Education in ERP-SAP from the Information Technology Institute and a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer and Information Sciences from Mansoura University.
