For years the trend in the industry has been to write evaluations (and all things M&E) in stiff, boring academic language that is fully laced with technical jargons. 

We believe that this goes against the spirit of utilization-focused evaluations. How can persons use and apply M&E when they can't even fully understand or relate to it?

The core value on which this business is built is to 'de-mystify' M&E, to present the concepts in an accessible language that everyone can understand.  M&E can be simple, easy and most of all...FUN!  

As such, a few like-minded associates  have been solving the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) needs of organisations in an innovative and refreshing way. Combined we possess over two decades of experience and expertise.

Our team of experts have provided services which include the setting up of Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) systems, developing Theories of Change and conducting evaluations. As trained facilitators we also deliver workshops in M&E and strengthen organisational capacity. 

 Our  clientele and organisations we have worked with include the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), World Food Programme (WFP) and the European Commission on programmes  related to Poverty Reduction, Gender Equality, Decent Work, Social Inclusion, Child Protection, HIV/AIDS, Human Rights and Justice Reform.

Our head office is based The Netherlands but we work through affiliates internationally.
