Fochesato Alwin has extensive experience in quality control and production management within the food and beverage industry. Currently serving as a Quality Control Specialist at AMB Spa since May 2020, Fochesato oversees quality control, non-conformities, claims, and corrective actions. Previous roles include positions at Turchet Gastronomia, where production management, quality control, and product development were key responsibilities from December 2016 to January 2020, and a university internship at Antichi Sapori in 2015. Fochesato also has seasonal experience at Cantina Sociale di Rauscedo and a high school internship at Cantina Vignaverde, gaining hands-on knowledge in wine production and maintenance. Fochesato holds a degree in Food Technology from Università degli Studi di Padova and a diploma in Enology from Istituto Tecnico Agrario G.B. Cerletti.
