Scott Porrell

Scott Porrell currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Call Center Sales at AMBA since April 2024. Prior to this role, Scott spent over two decades at USAA, holding various leadership positions including Assistant Vice President and several Executive Director roles, where responsibilities included managing marketing performance, driving Agile transformations, enhancing sales enablement, and overseeing large-scale contact center operations. Scott's career also includes experience as a Realtor at Century 21 and as a Branch Manager at Southwestern State ECU. Educational achievements consist of an M.B.A. from Grand Canyon University and a B.A.A. from Central Michigan University.
