Marcelo Matusita is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in strategic management and financial restructuring across various industries. Currently serving as the General Manager at AMBAAR LOUNGE since October 2022, Marcelo is responsible for implementing company strategy and managing overall operations to enhance efficiency and financial returns. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Truckvan, where financial restructuring was a primary focus, and Financial Advisor/Interim CFO at PKF Brazil, leading turnaround efforts for a distressed client. Marcelo has also held key financial leadership positions at Niplan Engenharia, Fasano Hotels & Restaurants, Costa do Sauípe, Tivoli Hotels & Resorts, Espart Administração e Participação S.A., and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria. Marcelo holds an MBA in Finance and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, along with a certificate in Corporate Turnaround from Insper.
