Christian Swier

Christian Swier is an experienced professional in IT and business processes, currently serving as Application Integration Manager at AmbaFlex Spiral Conveyor Solutions since February 2017. In previous roles within the company, Christian has worked as a Business Analyst Global Sales and IT Specialist, focusing on supporting the R&D department with IT initiatives and implementing a "Knowledge Retention System" using SharePoint. Christian also completed a Master’s thesis on adaptability and resilience in IT infrastructure and conducted research during a graduation internship aimed at structuring technical knowledge for improved accessibility. Prior to AmbaFlex, Christian worked at NMK Esbaco as an IT Employee, continuing the development of a Product Development System initiated during an internship in Business IT & Management. Christian holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from the University of Amsterdam and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business IT & Management from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
