David Spencer, MBA, has extensive work experience in the manufacturing industry. David has held senior leadership positions at AmbaFlex Specialty Conveyors and Republic Storage Systems. At AmbaFlex, they served as Vice President and was responsible for the company's P&L, manufacturing strategy, operations, and workforce in North America. David succeeded in improving product quality globally by establishing welding standards. Prior to this role, they were the Plant Manager for AmbaFlex where they built and managed the company's operations in North America, making it the highest-performing region. Before AmbaFlex, David worked as a Manufacturing Superintendent at Republic Storage Systems, overseeing lean manufacturing operations and contributing to the company's $50M in annual sales.
David Spencer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management from Malone University. Following this, they pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the same institution, which they completed in 2013.
