Rajiv Saraf

Rajiv Saraf is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate accounting and reporting. Currently serving as Corporate Controller at Ambarella Inc since August 2022, Rajiv previously held significant roles at SunPower Corporation, including Assistant Controller and Director of Accounting and External Reporting from February 2019 to August 2022. Rajiv's prior experience includes senior management positions at PwC, spanning from Senior Manager positions in both Singapore and India to a role as Associate. Additionally, Rajiv gained early experience at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu as Assistant Manager. Rajiv holds professional qualifications as a Chartered Accountant and CPA through AICPA and ICAI, complemented by a degree in Accounting and Finance from Delhi, New Delhi.
