Kelly Norgate

Kelly Norgate is an experienced finance professional with a background spanning significant roles in various organizations. Currently serving as a Finance Consultant for Ambassador Cruise Line since June 2025, Kelly has previously held positions including Interim CFO for British Rowing and Vapiano UK, as well as Finance Transformation Consultant for MARUGAL - Distinctive Hotel Management. Additional experience includes Interim Finance Transformation Director at LGH Hotels Management Ltd, Interim UK Finance Director at tcc global, and Director of Finance at The Lanesborough. Before these roles, Kelly contributed as Divisional Finance Director for Merlin Entertainments plc in North America and returned to the UK for a personal sabbatical after a career break. Educationally, Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Portsmouth, earned between 1996 and 1999.
