Madeline Lauro has extensive work experience in various roles at different companies. In 1989, they started their career at Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield as a Supervisor of Customer Service and later worked as a Trainer and Training Coordinator. From 1992 to 1995, they served as a Senior Systems Analyst and then became a Project Manager, responsible for managing projects. In 2005, they joined Ambassador Education Solutions as a Senior Client Service Manager and later became the Director of Client Services.

Madeline Lauro attended Hunter Business School from 2004 to 2005, but did not receive a degree or specify a field of study. Prior to that, from 1979 to 1983, they attended Brooklyn College and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Special Education and Teaching.
