Brian Best, MAOL has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Brian began their career as a Youth Pastor at Grace Bible Church in 1994, where they served until 1999. Following this, Brian worked as a Youth Pastor at Lakewood Park Ministries from 1999 to 2015. In 2015, they joined Ambassador Enterprises, LLC as a Non Profit Portfolio Optimizer, focusing on cultivating legacies through purpose, people, and performance. Brian later became a Director in 2018, and in 2021, they assumed the role of Director - Community Advocate. Brian's work experience demonstrates a strong commitment to community advocacy and fostering sustainable success.

Brian Best, MAOL, has a strong educational background in leadership and ministry. Brian obtained a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Organizational Leadership from Huntington University from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Bible with a focus on Youth Ministry at Clarks Summit University from 1991 to 1994.

In addition to their academic achievements, Brian Best has also acquired certifications to enhance their professional skills. Brian obtained certification as a Certified Strategic Doing Workshop Leader from the Strategic Doing Institute in April 2021. Furthermore, in May 2017, they became a Professional/Executive Coach after completing the required training at the Townsend Institute. Overall, Brian Best's education and certifications have equipped him with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in leadership and coaching roles.
