Jake Bleach

Jake Bleach is the current CEO and Administrator of Ambassador Health in Omaha. Prior to this, they worked as a Clinical Liaison and Administrator In-Training at Azria Health from January 2017 to March 2018. There, they were responsible for establishing patient eligibility for care, communicating with families, interacting with hospital staff, assessing patients, and coordinating communication between patients and their physicians. Jake also has experience as a Director of Nursing, which they did at Omaha Nursing and Rehab from August 2015 to January 2017. In this role, they monitored the functions of the clinical department and performance of the clinical staff, ensuring that a standard quality was maintained in all operations. Jake also attended various board meetings and suggested measures to enhance the overall performance of the facility.

Jake Bleach has a Master of Science in Health Services Management from Argosy University Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Creighton University.
