Kenn Hussey

Kenn Hussey has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Kenn held the role of Director of Engineering at Datawire.io since December 2019. Prior to that, they worked at Puppet from June 2013 to November 2019, where they served as Director of Program Management, responsible for establishing and evolving product development processes and Agile practices. Before that, Kenn was the VP of Product Development at Cloudsmith Inc. from January 2010 to May 2013, where they led a team in developing an open-source Integrated Development Environment (IDE) for Puppet code. Kenn also served as the President of Committerati Consulting Corporation in 2009. Earlier in their career, they worked at Embarcadero Technologies as a Program Manager from August 2007 to June 2009, and at IBM Canada Ltd. as a Senior Software Developer from March 2003 to July 2007. Kenn also gained experience at Rational Software as an Advisory Software Developer from March 2002 to February 2003, and at Nortel Networks as a Senior Designer/Team Lead from May 1997 to February 2002.

Kenn Hussey received their Bachelor of Computer Science in 1997 and their Master of Computer Science in 1999, both from Acadia University.
