Emily McCrystal

Emily McCrystal is a professional with extensive experience in customer operations and management. Currently serving as a Customer Operations Specialist at Amber Electric since September 2021, Emily previously worked as a Client Success Manager at Console Group, where the focus was on assisting Gateway clients in transitioning to cloud-based trust accounting and property management software. With a solid background at Coles, beginning as a Team Member and advancing to Department Supervisor in the Click and Collect department, Emily has developed a diverse skill set through various roles. Academically, Emily holds a Master of Environmental Management and a Graduate Diploma in Environmental Management from The University of Queensland, along with a Bachelor of Business Management in Real Estate Development. Early education was completed at Brisbane Girls Grammar School.
