Helena Verberne

Customer Operations Lead at Amber Electric

Helena Verberne began their work experience as a Sales Supervisor (Casual) at Slide the Square in 2016. Helena then worked as a Receptionist at Inside Out Chiropractic from January 2016 to September 2017. In 2014, they joined Watkins Bay Coffee Trading Company as a Waitress/Team Manager and remained there until July 2020. From July 2020 to April 2021, Helena served as a Stock Controller at Autopact, Volkswagen. Currently, they hold various roles at Amber Electric, including Customer Operations Specialist (April 2021 to June 2022), Senior Operations Specialist (June 2022 to present), and Customer Operations Lead (December 2022 to present).

Helena Verberne attended Wesley College from 2014 to 2016. Helena then enrolled at Monash University from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Bachelor of International Business degree.
