Johannes Holst

Johannes Holst is an experienced business development executive currently serving as VP of Business Development at Amber Electric since September 2024. Previously, Johannes held the position of Head of Business Development at Kaluza from May 2021 to August 2024, where the focus was on innovative energy engagement solutions. Johannes also served as Chief Commercial Officer at Indra Renewable Technologies Ltd., establishing commercial strategy for net-zero transport innovations. Earlier roles include Senior Business Development Manager and Commercial Manager at Kaluza and OVO Energy, respectively, as well as Director of Business Development at PowerGen Renewable Energy, which provides renewable electricity in East Africa. Johannes’s background also includes strategy management at PwC Strategy& and engineering roles at Ingenieurbüro HH and Rolls-Royce. Educational qualifications include a Master of Engineering in Engineering and Management from the University of Nottingham.
