Ian Keen

Ian Keen has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Ian started their career as a Taxation Officer at BRIDGEND COUNTY BOROUGH COUNCIL, where they provided customer service and handled queries related to Council Tax. In 2009, they joined TSW Training Limited as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator.

At TSW Training, Ian took on various roles within the Business Development Department. As a Business Development Adviser, they were responsible for commercial business development, working closely with clients from the public, private, and third sectors.
