Paulius Butkus

Paulius Butkus is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as Head of Group Development and Innovation at EPSO-G and Chairman of the Board at both Amber Grid and Energy Cells. Previously, Paulius held the position of RDI Strategy & Stakeholder Engagement Manager at ENTSO-E, where contributions included the development of RDI strategies and stakeholder engagement. Paulius's career also includes significant roles in data hub development and innovation at AB "Energijos skirstymo operatorius" (ESO) and project management at Litgrid AB. Paulius has an extensive academic background, having lectured at Vilnius Gediminas Technical University and earning a PhD in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, alongside a Master’s in Electrical Engineering and a Bachelor’s in Physics.
