Banafsheh Sajadi, PhD has had a varied and successful career. Banafsheh began their professional journey in 2013 as a PhD Candidate and Postdoctoral Researcher at TU Delft. In 2016, they Co-Founded Amber Implants, and in 2019 they took on the role of Interim CEO and Chief Executive Officer of the same company. Additionally, in 2019 they became a Scientific Researcher at the Universitair Medisch Centrum Utrecht.

Banafsheh Sajadi, PhD, obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Sharif University of Technology between 2003 and 2007. Banafsheh then obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Mechanical Engineering from the same university between 2008 and 2010. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from Delft University of Technology between 2013 and 2017.
