Marcus Orbee has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as Co-founder & CEO of Amberlair, a boutique hotel eco brand. At Amberlair, they collaborated with the global travel community to develop innovative hotel concepts. Prior to that, Marcus embarked on a Boutique Hotel World Tour with Worldtrip.
Marcus also worked at Airbus, where they held various positions including Business Process Manager After Sales, Project Manager for the A380 Programme, and Project Manager. During their time at Airbus, they contributed to the successful management of various projects.
Earlier in their career, Marcus worked as a Freelance Engineer at Lufthansa Technik AG. In this role, they were responsible for preparing maintenance work on jet propulsion systems and reorganizing maintenance cycles for repair teams.
Marcus Orbee attended Hamburg University of Technology from 1994 to 2003, where they earned a Joint Master's degree (diploma) in Industrial Engineering and Management. In 1997, they also briefly studied Mechanical Engineering - System Simulation at Universidade Estadual de Campinas.
