Philipp Reissel

Philipp Reissel is an experienced professional in the engineering field, co-founding amberSearch in February 2021 to tackle information retrieval challenges within companies. Prior to this, Philipp contributed to Porsche Engineering as a Research Student, where a Bachelor Thesis led to a filed patent, and supported the concept phase for highly autonomous driving functions as an Engineering Intern. Earlier experiences include conducting research at the Production Engineering of E-Mobility Components (PEM) at RWTH Aachen University, focusing on SLAM algorithms, and working at the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT on automated production systems. Philipp's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Automotive Engineering and a paused Master of Science in Simulation Science, both from RWTH Aachen University.
