George Wu

George Wu has extensive work experience in the bioscience industry. From 2016-present, they have been the CEO and Co-founder of Amberstone Biosciences. From 2010-2016, they held multiple roles at GeneTex, Inc., including Chief Operating Officer and President, Chief Science Officer, and Consultant. Prior to this, from 2004-2010, they were a Project Scientist and Postdoctoral Fellow at UC Irvine. From 1996-2004, they were a Product Development Specialist at Tailun Biotech Inc.

George Wu received their Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from the University of Science and Technology of China. George then went on to pursue their PhD in Cellular and Molecular Biology at UT Health San Antonio. After completing their PhD, George Wu became a Postdoctoral Fellow in Cancer Biology & Drug Discovery at UC Irvine.
