Carolina Pardo Oliveira

Carolina Pardo Oliveira is an experienced professional with a strong background in packaging technology and management. Since March 2018, Carolina has held various positions at Ambev, including People and Management Manager, Performance and Technology Specialist, and Packaging Technology Supervisor, following a role as Packaging Supervisor and an internship in packaging in 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Marketing Director at Phi Consultoria Jr. from July 2015 to January 2017, where responsibilities included promoting the company across various stakeholder groups. Carolina also contributed to the education sector as a Monitor of Process Control and Automation at Universidade Federal do Rio Grande (FURG) in late 2016.
