Ricardo Melo

Ricardo Melo has an extensive career at Cervejaria Ambev, beginning in 2007 as Regional Sales Director and progressing through various leadership roles, including VP Sales Strategy and VP Sales from 2009 to 2016. Since 2017, Ricardo has held dual positions as Vice President of Sales and Vice President of People and Management for Ambev South America. Ricardo holds an Engineer's degree in Civil Engineering from Universidade Católica de Pernambuco, completed between 1990 and 1996.
