Valdecir Duarte

Valdecir Duarte is the VP, Industrial at Ambev. Valdecir has been with the company since January 2019 and previously held the position of Diretor ZBS. Prior to that, they were the Diretor regional for two years and a Gerente de Fábrica for four years. Valdecir started their career at Ambev as an estagiário técnico in 1998 and has worked their way up through the company.

Valdecir Duarte has a post-graduate degree in Human Resources Management from FIAP, a Brewmaster's degree in Brewing Processes from AB Inbev, and a Brewmaster's degree in Brewing Processes from The Institute of Brewing and Distilling. Valdecir also has a post-graduate degree in Corporate Management from Insper and a post-graduate degree in Global Business - Executive Program from Columbia University Business School.
