Brooke Rolfe

Brooke Rolfe is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in administrative support, event coordination, and wellness services. Currently serving as a Senior Executive Assistant in Global HR Solutions at Cargill since March 2022 and an Event Coordinator at Ambi Wine Bar since December 2021, Brooke has previously held roles at Piper Sandler, Michael Foods, and several other organizations, providing comprehensive support to executives and managing events. Brooke holds a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Exercise Science from Concordia University-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management/Hospitality Management from Minnesota School of Business.
