Bret P.

Bret P. has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Bret is currently the Chief Technology Officer at Ambi Inc. Prior to this, they co-founded Monitor Mountain by Automated Operations, LLC in 2016. In 2019, Bret founded Stake Tools, LLC and Premier Armory.

From 2016 to 2018, Bret worked at Wish - Shopping Made Fun! as the Head of Infrastructure & Site Reliability Engineering. Before that, they held multiple positions at LinkedIn, including Engineering Manager, Site Reliability, and Staff, Site Reliability Engineering.

In 2013, Bret was the Lead, Sr. Infrastructure Engineer at HireVue, where they ensured the smooth functioning of the digital interview platform.

From 2008 to 2013, Bret worked at Jive Communications, Inc. as the Director of IT Operations and Sr. Network & Systems Administrator.

Additionally, Bret served as the President of Southgate HOA from 2009 to 2012, where they managed bids, resolved conflicts, and scheduled maintenance.

Bret started their career at Brigham Young University, holding various positions such as Director of Information Technology, Computer Support Representative, and Network Operations Analyst.

Bret P. attended Brigham Young University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management and Marketing. In addition to their formal education, Bret also holds several certifications. In 2014, they obtained a Ham Radio Technician License from the Federal Communications Commission. In the same year, Bret also obtained an NRA Range Safety Officer certification from the National Rifle Association. The following year, in 2015, they received a certification as an NRA-NMLRA Certified Muzzleloading Rifle Instructor, also from the National Rifle Association. Furthermore, in 2019, Bret obtained the Concealed Firearm Permit Instructor certification from the Utah Bureau of Criminal Identification. Prior to their college education, in 2003, Bret acquired a Private Aircraft Pilot certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
