Juan Carlos Fernandez, CPA has held various accounting and finance positions since 2004. Juan Carlos began their career as a Financial Analyst at PFC Oil and Gas (formerly Vinccler Oil and Gas) in 2004. In 2007, they moved to NiMin Energy Corp. as a Financial Reporting Manager. From 2012 to 2015, they were the Assistant Corporate Controller at Butler America. Juan Carlos then became the Controller, Wind BD at ENGIE North America Inc. in 2015. In 2018, they joined MAP Energy, LLC as Assistant Controller. Currently, they are a Finance & Accounting Consultant at Finance and Accouting, and will soon be joining Ambi Robotics as a Senior Accounting Manager in 2022.

Juan Carlos Fernandez, CPA, obtained their Bachelor in Business Administration: Accounting and Finance from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained their High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Madison Learning Center in 2000. Additionally, they obtained their Certified Public Accountant certification from the California Board of Accountancy in July 2022.
