Mike Hansen

Mike Hansen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Mike is currently the President of Ambir Technology, Inc., a company that specializes in the development of hardware products for the healthcare and banking/financial services sectors. Mike also serves as the Chief Product Officer at the company. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Vice President at Midwest Information Systems, Inc. (MIS) for 10 years. At MIS, they led the development of PAX-it!, a leading imaging and image analysis software package used in various industries. Before joining MIS, Mike owned their own consulting firm called Michael Hansen Consulting, LLC, where they provided software and hardware services to clients in various industries, including Fortune 500 companies. Mike has also worked as a Consultant at Trilogy and as a Project Manager at Born Information Services. Earlier on in their career, Mike held the position of Manager at Fotodyne Incorporated, where they managed the development of new biotechnology products and directed cross-functional teams. Mike also worked as a Co-op Student at Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation. Mike Hansen holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, which they obtained from the University of Dayton between the years 1983 and 1987. Additionally, they pursued further education at the Lubar College of Business from 2007 to 2009, where they obtained an Executive MBA in Business Administration.
