Charvi Gupta Sinha is a finance professional with experience in investment banking and corporate finance. Currently serving as a Senior Associate at Ambit Private Limited since June 2022, Charvi focuses on the technology and new age business sectors. Previously, at KPMG India, Charvi worked as an Analyst in Corporate Finance - Deal Advisory, engaging in buy-side and sell-side M&A and fundraising across various industries, managing deals averaging between USD 10 million to USD 100 million. Charvi also completed a summer internship at Orange Business Services, developing social media analytics strategies, and held roles at Mentored Research, where responsibilities included managing operations and conducting equity research.
