Sanjay Dhoka

Sanjay Dhoka is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in operational and financial management. Currently serving as COO and CFO at Ambit Finvest Private Limited since April 2020, Sanjay oversees operations, treasury, financial management and reporting, compliance, and stakeholder relationships while offering wholesale and retail lending products. Before this role, Sanjay held the position of Director and COO at the same company, where contributions included establishing the NBFC business and providing tailored lending solutions to the SME segment. Previous roles include Business Head for Security Based Lending at Karvy Financial Services, Vice President and Head of NBFC at Anand Rathi Financial Services, CFO at India Power Services, and DGM of Finance at Aditya Birla Group. Sanjay is a Chartered Accountant, having completed education at The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Government Bangur School.
