Diego Jiménez Fortuny

Diego Jiménez is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and governance within the payments industry. Currently serving as Operations Governance Manager at PayRetailers since June 2021, Diego has also held roles including Payments Operations Manager, Claims Team Lead, Senior Claims Analyst, and Support Analyst at the same company. Prior to this, Diego worked at Webhelp as a Technical Support Agent and at Grupo Nación in various editorial capacities, including Asistente editorial and Periodista. Diego began a career in publishing and management at Librería Buhólica and Revista Buensalvaje. Educational background includes a degree in Journalism from Universidad Internacional de las Américas and incomplete studies in Spanish Philology at Universidad de Costa Rica.
