Ambition Institute
Chris Richards currently serves as Headteacher at Villiers High School, a position held since April 2017, with prior roles as Senior Deputy Headteacher and Deputy Headteacher. Additionally, Chris contributes as an NPQSL Assessor and ECF Visiting Fellow at Ambition Institute since June 2021 and was the Vice-Chair of Governors at North Primary School from September 2019 to September 2023. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant Principal and Associate Assistant Principal at Corelli College, focusing on teaching quality and inclusion, as well as roles in languages education at The Appleton School Academy Trust. Chris has an extensive educational background with degrees from the University of Warwick, Swansea Metropolitan University, and the University of Southampton.
