Dr Herminder Channa Obe Nle

Dr Herminder Channa OBE NLE is currently involved in various educational organizations and roles, such as being the Regional Director Midlands at Oasis Community Learning and the Honorary Fellow at the University of Birmingham. Additionally, Dr Channa serves as the Lead Ofsted Inspector at Ofsted and as a Magistrate at HM Courts & Tribunals Service. With a background in leadership and education, including a Master's degree in Leadership and Management in Education, Dr Channa has a wealth of experience in school improvement, coaching, and policy development.
