Guy Shears

Guy Shears is an experienced educational leader currently serving as a National Professional Qualification for Executive Leadership facilitator and executive coach at Ambition Institute since September 2021. As Executive Principal (CEO) of Central Region Schools Trust, a Birmingham-based multi-academy trust comprising 12 primary and secondary schools, Guy has played a pivotal role since its inception, also holding the position of Accounting Officer. Additionally, Guy has been a National Leader of Education with the National College for Teaching & Leadership since November 2015 and has served as an independent non-executive director at Active Black Country until July 2024. Prior to these roles, Guy was the Principal at RSA Academy Arrow Vale from January 2011 to June 2017.
