Hannah Martin currently serves as Associate Director of Strategy at Ambition Institute, having progressed through various roles including Senior Strategy Manager and Strategy Manager since October 2022. Prior to this, Hannah worked at Ofsted from March 2020 to September 2022 as a Senior Strategy Analyst, contributing to the development of the organization’s strategy for 2022-27 and leading efforts on strategic metrics. Experience also includes roles at Action Tutoring, where Hannah was a Programme and Curriculum Manager overseeing resources and training for tutors and pupils, among other positions. Earlier in their career, Hannah taught Mathematics at Lord Lawson of Beamish Academy and held various roles in international development organizations including VSO and Christian Aid. Hannah holds a Post Graduate Certificate of Education in Secondary Mathematics from Durham University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Physics and the Universe from the University of Reading.
