Ambition Institute
Lee Robertson is currently a Strategy Manager at Ambition Institute since July 2023. Previously, Lee held the position of Head of Strategy at upReach from September 2019 to July 2023, where responsibilities included developing the strategic framework for the organization’s 2022-25 Strategy Document aimed at supporting students from less-advantaged backgrounds in accessing top graduate jobs, with a goal of assisting 25,000 young individuals by 2025. Lee's earlier roles at OxFizz included WP Programme Lead and Programme Manager, with additional experience as JCR President and various leadership roles at Selwyn College, University of Cambridge. Lee holds a degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences from the University of Cambridge, completed in 2017, and attended Havering Sixth Form College and Emerson Park School prior.
