Rachel Cook has a diverse work experience in communications and marketing roles. Rachel started their career as a PA/Office Manager at Kabiri in 2005 and then moved on to work as a Communications Coordinator at the British Film Institute. In 2010, they became the Campaigns & Communications Manager at the Prison Radio Association. In 2013, Rachel joined Teach First as a Senior Officer in Fundraising Communications and later became the Brand & Marketing Team Lead. Rachel then transitioned to Ambition School Leadership in 2016, where they served as an Associate Director of Communications and later became the Director of Marketing & Communications. Rachel is currently working at Ambition Institute as the Director of Communications and Culture.

Rachel Cook completed their BA in History at the University of Cambridge from 2002 to 2005. Following that, they pursued an MA in Film Studies at UCL from 2005 to 2006. Currently, they are in the process of obtaining their MSc in People and Organisational Development at the Roffey Park Institute, with an expected completion in 2024.
