Steve Jolly

Steve Jolly has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Steve has held various roles in different companies, with their most recent position being the Head of Technology Change at Ambition Institute since 2016. In this role, they were responsible for defining the enterprise architecture for the new organization, leading project roadmaps, and overseeing the redevelopment of the organization's portal. Prior to this, Steve worked as an Associate Director of Business Systems at The Future Leaders Trust from 2010 to 2016. Steve was responsible for managing in-house and offshore development teams, as well as key IT supplier relationships. Steve also served as the Chairman of the Board of Trustees for a registered charity from 2007 to 2015, where they focused on managing construction projects. Their previous work experience includes roles such as Senior Business Analyst at AutoProtect, Senior Project Manager at BNY Mellon, and Senior Business Analyst/PM at International Financial Data Services. Steve has a strong background in technology, project management, and business analysis.

Steve Jolly attended Havering Technical College from 1987 to 1989, where they studied Computer Science. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Certified Change Management Practitioner certification from APMG International in December 2019. Steve also has a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) certification from Scrum Alliance, obtained in 2017. In 2016, they obtained the ITIL® Foundation certificate in IT Service Management from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT. Additionally, they received the PRINCE2® certificate in Project Management (Practitioner) from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT in April 2006.
