Matt Cooke is the Founder of Barnyard Natural Wine Festival since January 2023. Prior to this, Matt served as the General Manager at GSL Group since August 2021. Matt also has experience as a General Manager & Sommelier at OLO Restaurant, a Bar Manager at Viaggio Hospitality Group, Wentworth Hospitality Group, and Odd Society Spirits, and a Sales Manager at Ostara Nutrient Recovery Technologies. Matt also worked as a Process Engineer at Suncor and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science degree in Environmental/Environmental Health Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
