Elke Broßmann

Elke Broßmann has over 10 years of experience in various HR roles. Elke is currently the Head of People Operations at AMBOSS, a position they have held since January 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Head of Administration & Advisory (People Operations) at Blinkist from February 2018 to December 2022. During their time at Blinkist, they set up the People Operations department from scratch, managed a team, and created employee-centric guidelines and policies. Before Blinkist, they served as a Senior HR Manager at Optimizely from August 2016 to January 2018, where they were responsible for HR processes and consulting on HR and labor law matters. Elke also has experience as a Senior HR Manager at ad2games/ComboStrike - IONIQ formerly Hitfox Group, as a freelance Technical Recruiter at djiiga - Digital Recruitment Community, as an HR Manager at OUTFITTERY formerly MODOMOTO | Curated Shopping GmbH, and as an HR Generalist at vaola GmbH.

Elke Broßmann completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Socialmanagement, majoring in Human Resources, from Fachhochschule Nordhausen from 2006 to 2010. Elke then pursued their Master of Arts degree in Human Resources from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin from 2010 to 2013. As part of their education, Elke also participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Niels Brock in 2011-2012, studying Marketing and Management. Additionally, in 2008-2009, they took part in the Global Project and Change Management program at Windesheim Honours College as an Erasmus exchange student, focusing on Management and International Law.
