Allie Cowgill

Allie Cowgill possesses extensive experience in human resources and people operations, currently serving as Sr. Manager of People Operations at Ambry Genetics since June 2022. Previous roles include Manager of HR Operations and Manager of HRIS at International Vitamin Corporation, where responsibilities spanned HRIS and payroll management from October 2019 to March 2022. Prior to that, Allie held various positions at Insight Investments, LLC from May 2013 to October 2019, including Project & Product Manager and HRIS Analyst. Early career experience includes a Human Resources Internship at Coast Composites. Allie holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from California State University-Long Beach.
