Michelle Smith

Michelle Smith is the General Counsel at Ambry Genetics, where they oversee all legal matters and provide comprehensive legal advice to the board of directors and executive management. Previously, they served as Associate Counsel at The Patrón Spirits Company, managing a global intellectual property portfolio and drafting various legal agreements. Michelle's early experience includes roles as Editor-in-Chief at FEM Newsmagazine and an extern at the United States Attorney's Office, where they conducted legal research and drafted memoranda. They hold a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Law School.
