Mickie Henshall

Mickie Henshall currently serves as the Chief Business Officer at Ambry Genetics, overseeing Commercial Operations, Marketing, and Market Access teams since January 2025. Prior to this role, Mickie was an Independent Board Director at Volition and held various senior marketing positions, including Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President of Marketing at several companies such as REALM IDx, Genomic Life, Agena Bioscience, Accriva Diagnostics, and Biotix. Noteworthy accomplishments include leading the rebranding of Konica Minolta Precision Medicine to REALM IDx and successfully increasing sales at Accriva by 20% within one year. Mickie started a career at Illumina, contributing significantly to the Molecular Diagnostics program.
