Alexis Gouffé

Alexis Gouffé is an ambitious senior HR leader with over 10 years of experience across multiple industries. They currently serve as the Head of Rewards at Ambu A/S, overseeing all Global Rewards processes, including workforce and executive compensation. Previously, Alexis held various roles, including Head of Rewards at SimCorp and NKT, and worked as a Global Reward Manager at NNIT. Alexis also has a background in finance and HR, having begun their career as a Finance Intern at ICI and later working as an HR Consultant at Lundbeck. They hold a BA in Philosophy and an MA in International HR from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
