Emily Kligman

Emily Kligman has extensive experience in compensation roles, currently serving as Executive Director of Compensation at Perella Weinberg Partners since March 2016, where previous titles held include Director and Compensation Associate. Prior to this, Emily worked as a Compensation Associate at J.P. Morgan from October 2012 to February 2016 and began a career at JPMorgan Chase as a Recruiting and Program Coordinator from August 2010 to September 2012. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University College of Business, complemented by a brief educational experience at The American University of Paris in 2009.
