Carla Kleinbeck is a Senior Manager of Clinical & Product Education at Ambu A/S, where they focus on fostering growth and success within their team. They began their career as a respiratory therapist, gaining extensive experience and leadership skills over a decade at Aultman Hospital. Transitioning to the medical device sector, Carla was one of the first Clinical Training Specialists at Ambu, where they played a pivotal role in expanding the CTS team significantly. Their dedication to helping others succeed and adaptability to change continue to drive their current initiatives in training and education. Carla holds an Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy from Stark State College and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from Walsh University.
