Marianne Kjær

Marianne Kjær has a diverse and extensive work experience. Marianne is currently the Head of People & Culture at Ambu A/S, a position they have held since March 2023. Prior to this, they were briefly unemployed from January 2023 to February 2023, where they were actively seeking their next job opportunity.

Before that, Marianne held the role of Nordic People & Culture Director at Greenpeace Nordic from October 2022 to December 2022.

From 2018 to 2022, they worked at GN Group as a Global Human Resources Business Partner. In this role, they supported three executive leaders and their global leadership teams in strategic HR, organizational development, and day-to-day leadership sparring.

Prior to GN Group, Marianne worked as an HR Business Partner at Nykredit from January 2017 to July 2018.

Marianne's work experience also includes roles at Maersk Line from 2010 to 2013, where they served as a Global HR Business Partner and Senior Consultant in HR Org. Development.

Marianne began their career at IBM in 2002 and held various roles, including Senior HR Partner, Request for Services Manager in Strategic Outsourcing, and Nordic Sales Operation Manager.

Marianne Kjær attended Ringkøbing Amts Gymnasium from 1985 to 1988 and earned a degree in Student with a focus on Matematisk-Fysisk. Marianne then pursued their undergraduate studies at Copenhagen Business School from 1991 to 1994, obtaining a degree in HA - Bachelor in Economic. Marianne continued their education at Copenhagen Business School from 1994 to 1997 and graduated with a degree in Cand.merc. with a specialization in Strategy, Organization & Management.
